The name Dell is famous in this world with their computers or laptops. When people want to purchase a computer or laptop, the first name that they would think of would probably be Dell. At lease I would go to their web site to see what they would have offer.
I think would choose to make a return visit to Dell.com is because the services that they offer. First offer would be the information they provide in their web site. Not only they provide all their product line information, they also provide the price and offer discount if the consumer purchase via internet.
Second, Dell also provides their customer to customize their own laptop or computer. This is a very good service that they provide because that would make the customer feel what they buy is unique and also could satisfy their needs.
Third would be the convenient that they provide. Purchase through internet, payment option, status checking, and off sales service. These services are proved to be effective and also consumer friendly.
With all these service that they provide I belief that anybody that had visited Dell.com including me would choose to return visit Dell.com.
